About Me

Before the framework.

Before the education that made sense of any of it.

I was just a woman who designed inspiring containers I couldn't
guarantee would transform anyone.

I started as an event and experience designer.

I built retreats, gatherings, immersive experiences -  the kind of things people cried at, photographed, and told their friends about.

Yet they weren't changing anyone.

People left moved. Inspired. Full of intention.

And three weeks later they were exactly who

they'd been before they walked in.

The container was beautiful. It just wasn't built to hold the change once people left the room.

That bothered me more than I let on.

So I went looking for the missing piece.

I kept asking the question no one else seemed to:

Did this actually change anyone once they left the room?

I spent nearly a decade finding out - using every retreat, every program, every container I built as a place to learn. What I found was this: transformation doesn't fail because people aren't inspired. It fails because inspiration is rarely designed to outlast the room. It has to be embodied so it moves with someone long after the goosebumps fade.

That decade became the PATH framework;

a way to design experiences so the transformation

is still there long after everyone goes home.

I finally had the missing piece for the craft.

What I didn't yet have was the missing piece for myself.

March 2020. The world was shutting down.

And me? I was lying on my bed, head hanging off the edge, staring at the ceiling.

I had the framework. Tons of degrees and certifications. Lived proof across many years.

I knew, deeply, what the people I was called to serve actually needed.

And I still wasn't visible. I watched people with half my training and a fraction of my curiosity build the platforms I couldn't seem to claim for myself. I had so much to give. I knew it in my body. And I still didn't understand why it wasn't moving through me into the world.

Here's what I finally admitted to myself that day:

I was keeping myself small on purpose.

Fear of failure, yes. But fear of success too. Somewhere along the way I had absorbed a belief that being a good, generous person meant not wanting too much. Charging "just enough". That charging what I was worth, taking up space, being visible - all of it felt like a betrayal to who I was supposed to serve and to who I was supposed to be.

So I had given more than I charged for. Said yes when I meant no. Called it generosity, when it was actually self-abandonment wearing a kinder name.

The framework alone was never going to fix that. I had to give myself permission first. And it worked. Wow, did it work. The universe provided.

Then I built a way to give that same permission to the people who were doing exactly what I'd been doing - fully called to this work, and fully unsure they were allowed to be paid well for it.

If that's you - I want you to know I see you. Not as a client. As someone who's lived it in my own nervous system.

Western science. Eastern wisdom.

One framework for both.

I hold a PhD, two Masters degrees, and 30+ certifications across eight industries - including neuroscience, NLP, hypnosis, sound healing, quantum timeline technique.

All of these held in the same body without contradiction.

If something in this page felt familiar - not impressive, but familiar - that's not a coincidence. That's the whole reason I built what I built. In service of the work you were called to do and the person who's been quietly waiting for permission to do it fully.
